NOTICE OF NUISANCE HEARING

Please take notice that pursuant to City of Berkeley Municipal Code Section 505.080 the Building Commissioner of the City of Berkeley, Missouri will hold a public hearing on March 1, 2017, at 9:00 AM, in the Berkeley City Hall, 8425 Airport Rd, Berkeley Missouri 63134, to determine whether the following structure is a public nuisance and detrimental to the health, safety or welfare of the residents of the City of Berkeley, Missouri.

The Structure Described Below Has Been Declared A Dangerous Buildings:

  1. The one story single family dwelling known and numbered as 6111 Shillington, on Lot 13, Berkeley Orchards 2nd Addition, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 18414 Page 3174 of the St. Louis County Records.

  2. The one story single family dwelling known and numbers as 6130 Shillington, Lot 31, Berkeley Orchards 2nd Addition, subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12679 Page 2501 of the St. Louis County Records.

  3. The one story single family dwelling known and numbered as 6114 Wulff, on Lot 11, Berkeley Orchards 2nd Addition, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21889 Page 339 of the St. Louis County Records.

  4. The one story single family dwelling known and numbered as 6124 Washington, on Lots 12, 13, Kinloch Park , a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 06303 Page 1004 of the St. Louis County Records.

  5. The one story single family dwelling known and numbered as 6017 Evergreen Avenue, on Lots 55 and 56, Kinloch Park, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 18539 Page 3054 of the St. Louis County Records.

  6. The one story single family dwelling known and numbered as 6637 Bitteroot, on Lot 98, Frostwood Plat 7, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 07320 Page 0204 of the St. Louis County Records.

  7. The one story single family dwelling known and numbered as 6641 Bitteroot, on Lot 99, Frostwood Plat 7, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 06628 Page 1767 of the St. Louis County Records.

  1. All owners, heirs, interested parties, affected parties may be represented by counsel and shall have an opportunity to be heard. After the hearing, if the evidence supports a finding that the structure is a nuisance and detrimental to the health, safety or welfare of the residents of the City of Berkeley, the Building Commissioner and/or Hearing Officer will order the structure to be demolished and removed.
