Board of Adjustment
The Board of Adjustment is responsible for hearing all appeals on matters related to decisions by any administrative official in enforcement of the City's Zoning and Subdivision Codes. Applications for appeal to the Board of Adjustment may be found on the Forms and Applications page. Meetings are held the second Monday of each month (as needed) at 7:00 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, 6140 North Hanley Road, Berkeley, Missouri 63134-2098.
