Lee Etta Hoskins was a Dispute Resolution Specialist for the Postal Service for 41 years and a college graduate of the University of Missouri, St. Louis. She's an Arkansas native, the wife of State Representative Theodore Hoskins and mother of three daughters Rita, Pamela and Kelley and one Grandchild, Taylor Harris.

Lee Etta has received many awards for her commitment to community service in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. She is currently serving as the Councilwoman of Ward III in the City of Berkeley, Missouri and has organized the Gateway Metropolitan Section of the National Council of Negro Women, Incorporated. She coordinates the USPS Sponsorship of the 2000 Gateway Classic, "Battle of the Bands with the Mentor of St. Louis Program and organized and sponsored Equal Pay Matters - a Women's Economic Security Conference that was held at Harris Stowe College.

Mrs. Hoskins is always trying to find ways to keep the children of the community active and giving back to the families of their community. She has reactivated the Berkeley Youth Commission and serves as the City Council Representative on the Berkeley Betterment Commission, organized or coordinated (3) Annual Thanksgiving Food Drives, (3) Annual Health Fairs, and (6) Annual Festivals for the community of Berkeley and served as the Top Teen Advisor for Top Ladies of Distinction, St. Louis Chapter for 8 years.

Mrs. Hoskins will work hard for her community. She gives of herself 110% and her effort has been awarded. Recently, Mrs. Hoskins was reappointed to the National women in Municipal Government Advisory Board (WIMG) and she was awarded the 2007 National Dunbar of Little Rock Arkansas Alumni of the Year Award.
