    1. Review of most current investment consultant report from DAHAB Associates
  5. Benefits and Refund Applications and Appeals
  6. Financial Reports and Report from City Finance Director, and Pension portion of annual City audit
    1. Review of most current unaudited Pension Plan financial statements with year to date and prior year to date reporting on revenue and expenses with additions of custodial fees and Trustee travel expense line items. Are tax revenues consistent with actuarial projections.
    2. Review of most current report on Employee contributions to the Pension Plan.
  7. Legal Report
    1. Discussion of compensation definition under Pension Ordinance.
  8. Old Business
    1. Review of Pension record keeping system.
    2. Review of Milliman report on "compensation" under the Plan and related participant complaints.
