NOTICE OF NUISANCE HEARING

Please take notice that pursuant to City of Berkeley Municipal Code Section 505.080 the Building Commissioner of the City of Berkeley, Missouri will hold a public hearing on March 19, 2019, at 10:00 AM, in the Berkeley City Hall, 8425 Airport Rd, Berkeley Missouri 63134, to determine whether the following structure is a public nuisance and detrimental to the health, safety or welfare of the residents of the City of Berkeley, Missouri.

The Structure Described Below Has Been Declared A Dangerous Buildings:

  1. The one story single family dwelling known and numbered as 8035 Airport Road, on Lot PT 78, Berkeley Orchards, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6 Page 0057B of the St. Louis County Records.

  2. The one story single family dwelling known and numbered as 6030 Eaton Drive, Lot 15, Block 3 Nordell Hills Subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13477 Page 2577` of the St. Louis County Records.

  3. The one story single family dwelling known and numbered as 6120 Eaton Drive on Lot 220, Nordell Hills, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 18144 Page 1804 of the St. Louis County Records.

  4. The one story single family dwelling known and numbered as 8032 Busiek Drive, on Lot 5 Berkeley Orchards, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 20356 Page 2692of the St. Louis County Records.

  5. The one story single family dwelling known and numbered as 8232 Canyon Drive, on Lot 62, Nordell Hills, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16343 Page 0027 of the St. Louis County Records.

  6. The one story single family dwelling known and numbered as 8300 Fay Drive, on lot 36, Nordell Hills, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 07747 Page 2361 of the St. Louis County Records.

  7. The one story single family dwelling known and numbered as 6350 Witsell on Lot 39, Berkeley Orchards, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12405 Page 1589 of the St. Louis County Records.

  8. The one story single family dwelling known and numbered as 6222 Tyndall Drive, on Lot 27, Kinloch Park, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 19617 Page 1846 of the St. Louis County Records.

All owners, heirs, interested parties, affected parties may be represented by counsel and shall have an opportunity to be heard. After the hearing, if the evidence supports a finding that the structure is a nuisance and detrimental to the health, safety or welfare of the residents of the City of Berkeley, the Building Commissioner and/or Hearing Officer will order the structure to be demolished and removed.
