  3. Approval of Previous Minutes for meetings of February 27, 2020.
  4. Pension Plan Audit Status
    1. Status of City's efforts to determine City's Pension tax account and transfer correct balance due to Pension Plan as reported at the last meeting.
  5. Financial Reports (unaudited) for November 2019 forward.
    Per discussion at last meeting, status of unaudited financial reports to be reviewed.
  6. Status of execution of U.S. Bank authorization form including "Pivot" access.
  7. Investment Consultant Report
    1. Review of most current investment consultant report from DAHAB Associates. Status of investments from the Pension Plan's cash account which was reported at the last meeting.
  8. Benefits and Refund Applications and Appeals
    Officer Fox from Police Department retirement.
  9. Financial Reports for November 2019 forward.

    1. Selection of a new secretary for the Pension Board.
